Workshop on investor term sheet for early investments

To help startups understand the importance of a term sheet before getting into an agreement with the potential investor, mentors from iStart Rajasthan conducted an in-house skill building workshop on 25 October 2019 at Techno Hub, Jaipur. Participant startups were explained, how to set out the key commercial and legal terms in respect of a proposed transaction.
