iStart Virtual mentoring session was conducted on 11th May 2020. The primary objective of the session was to refine the business ideas of incubated startups and development of business plan to adapt new business environment due to COVID-19. ln current situation of market uncertainty as well as changing policy regime, it is necessary to device a short-term goal based development and planning for startups at iStart Nest Kota, for the same the scientific project management and execution tools of Agile and scrum methodologies are being applied to startups through the Kanban board through which mentors can keep track of epic visions, story pertaining to it and monitor the sprints for execution of planned agenda during meetings.
