iStart idea refinement and opportunity identification session was conducted on 27th May 2020. The primary objective of the session was to identify the new business opportunities and provide guidance to new startups in decontaminating their business ideas and execute their business ideas. ln this session Startups expressed their brief ideas with mentors and discussed the best possible ways to execute their ideas. Mentors guided the startups to work over lean business model and develop the agile way of working within their teams. Mentors also updated startups with using Kanban boards and suggested them to share the updated boards before the next mentoring session.Startups worked over the Kanban boards which was further discussed during the mentoring session held on 2nd June 2020.ln this session mentors guided startups to develop the agile way for executing their business plan.
