iStart has espoused an iStart School Innovation Challenge, given its innovation, entrepreneurship development, and learning-by-doing ethos. It has been envisaged to help unleash immense strength, creativity and potential of school students of Rajasthan.
The challenges have been divided in 7 mail Themes, These challenges would give students from across the state an opportunity to showcase their ability to innovate and invent on a variety of thematic areas keeping SDG in consideration.

Who can Participate?
-
School Students : All students, attending Class 8th to 12th from state-run schools (Government, state-aided and private schools in Rajasthan.

College Students : All Students, Studying in College/ Universities in Rajasthan.
Registration & Submission of Idea

Registration : All school & College students to register on iStart platform. Link to register

Formation of Team : Students can apply for the Challenge as an individual or as a team.

Submission of Idea : An individual student innovator can participate in multiple challenges however submit only one application for a challenge. In the case of teams, each team will have to select a team leader who will represent them at different forums. A team cannot submit multiple applications for the same challenge.

Rules & Guidelines

Participants are required to register themselves on the iStart school startup platform.

Winner/s will retain the solution/product developed as part of the Challenge. The winner/s will however have to conform to the terms and conditions defined for the Challenge during the competition and post winning the award.

DoIT&C reserves the right to select or reject any submission without assigning any reasons whatsoever and without thereby incurring any liability to the participant(s) whatsoever.

The solution should not violate/ breach/ copy any idea/ concept/ product already copyrighted, patented, or existing in the market.

Anyone found to be non-compliant, may get their participation canceled.

Jury will take the final call for any unforeseen situation.

If there is a tie-up between Schools in the award category number of participations, the number of ideas selected for the next level will be considered to decide the winning school.

For any dispute redressal, Commissioner & JS, Department of Information Technology & Communication (DoIT&C), Government of Rajasthan’s decision will be the final verdict on the matter.
