  • Gaming (Mobile & Console): Milestone-based reimbursement of qualified expenditure up to 20%, capped at ₹1 Crore.
  • Comics: 25% reimbursement of qualified expenditure, capped at ₹15 Lakhs per project.
  • Bonus for Media Projects: Additional incentives for showcasing Rajasthan's landscapes and culture.

Skilling and Talent Development

  • Training Programs : Specialized courses and certifications on Animation, VFX, Gaming. Film production and other relevant technologies in collaboration with leading global institutions.
  • Workshops, Hackathons, and Competitions : Designed to inspire creative talent and foster the next generation of storytellers and developers.
  • Internships and Mentorship Programs : Industry partnerships offering hands-on experience and career advancement opportunities.

Networking and Market Access

  • Support for participation in national and international events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to promote Rajasthan’s AVGC-XR ecosystem.

  • Centers of Excellence (CoEs) : Rajasthan will establish industry-leading CoEs for Animation, Gaming, VFX, XR, Robotics, Coding and Agritech with advanced training facilities and labs.
  • Innovation Sandbox : Space for startups to access cutting-edge tools, emerging technologies, and mentorship.
  • AVGC-XR Fund : A dedicated fund providing grants, equity investments, and financing for startups and established enterprises in the AVGC-XR sector.
